What is TRX Suspension Training?
TRX Suspension Training is a form of resistance training developed by a Navy Seal who needed a simple piece of equipment to get a full body workout while on deployment. Suspension Training is resistance training using your own body weight against gravity while having your hands or feet suspended. These efficient classes allow you to get a full body workout in a short amount of time. They can challenge individuals of all fitness levels, as you change your own resistance just by changing the angle of your body. It is an ideal workout for those who get cardio workouts in on their own (i.e. runners, cyclists) and need a little strength training to make their active lives a little more well-rounded.
Our 30 minute classes are unique to the area and allow you to get all of your strength training needs in a short amount of time. Strictly TRX Suspension Training classes are hard to come by, but you've found them!
Make Your Body Your Machine!
- If a class/package of classes was purchased, please return to your agenda to ensure that you are registered for your desired class.
- All cancelled reservations must be made more than one hour prior to class start time. Any cancellations made within one hour of class start time or no-shows will not be refunded.
- Clients cannot add to a class within one hour of class start time. If you would like to add a class within one hour of its start time, please do so by calling 909-643-6690 or emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org to be approved.
- We reserve the right to cancel any class one hour prior to start time if there are no signups.
